Kristin 
Kristin was born in Ocean City, New Jersey, and relocated with her family at age seven to Titusville, Florida, known as “Rocket City.” She graduated from Southeastern Hospitality Technical School in Kissimmee, Florida, in 1995.  Kristin has received many hospitality industry awards, including an Innovation Award in 2017 from Zealandia Holdings Company parent to LaTour Hotels and Resorts. In 2009 and 2013, Kristin was awarded the General Manager of the Year for Bluegreen Vacations. Her most notable award was a Silver ARDY for General Manager of the Year in 2007, through the American Resort Development Association.  Kristin has over twenty-five years of experience in the hospitality and tourism industry. Kristin in a licensed real estate agent in Florida and holds a community association management license since 2004.  Combined with her entrepreneurial spirit, she will provide excellent customer service for owners and rental guests along the Florida Gulf Coast. Capt. Greg 

Greg was born in Pensacola, Florida and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana. His love for the Gulf Coast began at an early age with frequent fish camp trips to Grand Isle, Louisiana with his grandfather Archie.  Greg has over 25 years of hospitality experience, he worked in the French Quarter for various restaurants as a young adult and had a sixteen-year career with Marriott Hotels.  In 2014 Greg launched Rec Tec, a mobile maintenance repair business.  His first clients were three Orlando-based Marriott timeshare resorts where he performed preventative maintenance and repairs on recreational boats.  He transferred his business in 2016 to Pinellas County and is a preferred vendor of Berkshire Hathaway Home Services.  Greg is a Licensed Coast Guard Merchant Mariner and the Captain for Sea-n-Things Boat Trips.  Greg’s southern charm, knowledge of the Gulf Coast and positive, can-do spirit makes him a treasured asset to owners and rental guests.

 

Kristin & the Captain met in 1999 and married in 2003, together, the couple lives life with compassion for others and is community focused.

Linda Vazquez, Reservations Manager - Welcome Y'all Vacation Rentals

 

Linda was born in Chicago, Illinois and relocated to Orlando, Florida with her family at the age of eighteen – the dream of living closer to Mickey Mouse.  Linda met Kristin in 1999 and have worked together for over a decade in the hospitality industry.  Linda worked for Bluegreen Vacations for eleven years as an Association Governance Administrator, obtained her Community Association Manager license in the State of Florida and had the privilege of traveling around the world to attend and help facilitate community association board and annual meetings - the serious stuff!  Linda is bilingual (Spanish) and loves working in the hospitality industry as it allows her the opportunity to meet new people and provide guests with a memorable vacation experience.  Linda joined our vacation rental office in April and focuses on rental reservations, providing guest and customer service along with quality assurance out in the field.

A pineapple symbolizes friendship and hospitality.  Our owners and rental guests appreciate our pineapple approach!  Pineapples have been cultivated for many centuries.  Welcome Y'all Vacation Rentals carefully develops and grows our relationships with each and every owner and vacationing guest.  Pineapples are known to regenerate and we will do all we can to recreate that perfect vacation moment over and over again.
