This condo has everything you will need to feel right at home with a full kitchen with all the necessary dishes, utensils, small appliances you could ask for and a nice size rental with 1,145 sq. feet of space. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed and an en-suite private bathroom, large walk-in closet. The guest bedroom offers two twin beds and a queen additional inflatable mattress for extra guests. The living room has a view of the community gardens and a large sofa with attached recliner chair. A washer and dryer is available inside the condo for your convenience. * Minimum length of stay is 6 nights / 7 days per community rules. Seashells by the Shore is located in Building #1 - Unit #2. Beach chairs, carts, umbrellas available for rent at the on-site rental office.
Sea Club of Indian Shores has a large sparkling heated pool with a sundeck for your enjoyment between the island activities or lounging for a pool day. A fishing pier along the Intercoastal waterway is available, picnic area and barbecue grills and shuffleboard is available too. Beach is a 2-3 minute walk from this vacation rental at 198th Avenue / Gulf Blvd - using the crosswalk.
Indian Shores is a small breathtaking town set on a barrier island between the Intracoastal Waterway and the Gulf of Mexico with 2.65 miles of beautiful beach. Indian Shores is home to the largest non-profit wild bird hospital in the United States, Seabird Sanctuary and remains the perfect vacation destination nestled between Clearwater Beach and St. Pete Beach.
Neighboring towns of Indian Shores are Indian Rocks Beach, Redington Beach, Madeira Beach and Treasure Island also provide so much to see and do while visiting the Gulf Coast of Florida.

For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
