This condo is a elegantly decorated with a covered balcony that has Intercoastal and Gulf views and is the perfect place to view the amazing evening sunsets. Your vacation condo is located in The Intercoastal complex of Indian Shores and is just a short walk to our white sandy beach.

Three bedrooms, two bathroom vacation rental with everything you will need to feel right at home. This condo has a full kitchen with all the necessary dishes, utensils, small appliances you could ask for. The dining area and kitchen bar are comfortable places for eating with seating for up to six people, relax in the living room with comfortable seating, flat screen television with basic cable and Wi-Fi. The master has a king bed and the guest bedroom has a queen bed, the second floor loft has one queen and one full size beds, flat screen TV and a sitting area. Your condo is equipped with all of your beach needs: beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys, and of course, Sunrises and Sunsets!

The Intercoastal complex has an outdoor heated swimming pool, outdoor shower and a BBQ grill available. Convenient parking below your unit with walk-up 2 flights enclosed stairs to 2nd floor. No elevator. Will consider pets under 25 lbs. with responsible pet owners, inquire with rental management company. Smoking (of any kind) is not allowed inside this vacation rental nor on the balcony. Maximum occupancy is set at 8 people per building code.

Indian Shores is a small breathtaking town set on a barrier island between the Intracoastal Waterway and the Gulf of Mexico with 2.65 miles of beautiful beach. Indian Shores is home to the largest non-profit wild bird hospital in the United States, Seabird Sanctuary and remains the perfect vacation destination nestled between Clearwater Beach and St. Pete Beach.

Neighboring towns of Indian Shores are Indian Rocks Beach, Redington Beach, Madeira Beach and Treasure Island also provide so much to see and do while visiting the Gulf Coast of Florida.

The Tampa-St. Pete areas are known as a major sports hub, attend a football game at the Tampa Buccaneers - Raymond James Stadium or take in a ball game in downtown St. Pete where the Tampa Bay Rays, MLB play.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $69.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $69.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
