Tidal Zone is a spacious newly renovated 2 bedroom, 1 1/2 bathroom condo, the upscale beach accents maximizes all 875 square feet, sleeps 4 comfortably and is the perfect place to relax just steps from the beach! Spend your mornings sipping on coffee on the covered, private balcony. Tidal Zone has a full kitchen with modern appliances, a dining area with seating for up to 8 guests/the dining table does expand. A queen size convertible sofa sleeper in the living room, two-twin size hide-a bunk beds behind a coastal barn-style door in the living room (represents the 2nd bedroom), and a large master bedroom with a king size bed, double vanity with aqua blue accents, a walk-in shower and a his/her closet. A full-size washer & dryer is available inside Tidal Zone for your convenience.

Sea Club of Indian Shores has a large heated salt sparkling pool with a sundeck for your enjoyment between the island activities or lounging for a pool day.  A fishing pier along the Intracoastal waterway is available, picnic area, barbecue grills and shuffleboard is available too.* Minimum length of stay is 6 nights / 7 days per community rules.  This is a non-smoking condo / smoking prohibited inside the condo / smoking prohibited outside on the private balcony.  Tidal Zone is located in building #4, Unit #22 of the Sea Club Community.   Beach chairs, carts, umbrellas available for rent at the on-site rental office.  Beach is a 2-3 minute walk from this vacation rental at 198th Avenue / Gulf Blvd - using the crosswalk.  

Indian Shores is a small breathtaking town set on a barrier island between the Intracoastal Waterway and the Gulf of Mexico with 2.65 miles of beautiful beach.  Indian Shores is home to the largest non-profit wild bird hospital in the United States, Seabird Sanctuary and remains the perfect vacation destination nestled between Clearwater Beach and St. Pete Beach.  

Neighboring towns of Indian Shores are Indian Rocks Beach, Redington Beach, Madeira Beach and Treasure Island also provide so much to see and do while visiting the Gulf Coast of Florida.  

The Tampa-St. Pete areas are known as a major sports hub attend a football game at the Tampa Buccaneers - Raymond James Stadium or take in a ball game in downtown St. Pete where the Tampa Bay Rays, MLB play.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
