Sand Dollar is a spacious 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom poolside comfortable condo with a covered balcony and located on the first floor at the Sea Club Community.  Sand Dollar is decorated with neutral and natural coastal tones, has a full kitchen with modern appliances, a dining area with seating for up to 6 guests, a breakfast nook with a view of the community swimming pool and gardens.  A queen size bed in the bedroom a large living room with two electric reclining chairs for extra comfort.  A mid-size washer & dryer is available inside Sand Dollar for your convenience.

Sea Club of Indian Shores has a large heated salt sparkling pool with a sundeck for your enjoyment between the island activities or lounging for a pool day.  A fishing pier along the Intracoastal waterway is available, picnic area, barbecue grills and shuffleboard is available too.* Minimum length of stay is 6 nights / 7 days per community rules.  This is a non-smoking condo / smoking prohibited inside the condo / smoking prohibited outside on the private balcony.  Sand Dollar is located in building #2, Unit #15 of the Sea Club Community.  Beach is a 2-3 minute walk from this vacation rental at 198th Avenue / Gulf Blvd - using the crosswalk.  

Indian Shores is a small breathtaking town set on a barrier island between the Intracoastal Waterway and the Gulf of Mexico with 2.65 miles of beautiful beach.  Indian Shores is home to the largest non-profit wild bird hospital in the United States, Seabird Sanctuary and remains the perfect vacation destination nestled between Clearwater Beach and St. Pete Beach.  

Neighboring towns of Indian Shores are Indian Rocks Beach, Redington Beach, Madeira Beach and Treasure Island also provide so much to see and do while visiting the Gulf Coast of Florida.  

The Tampa-St. Pete areas are known as a major sports hub, attend a football game at the Tampa Buccaneers - Raymond James Stadium or take in a ball game in downtown St. Pete where the Tampa Bay Rays, MLB play.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $69.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $69.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
