Waterside Oasis is an Intracoastal waterfront 1 bedroom, 1 1/2 bathroom condo with coastal accents that sleeps up to 4 comfortably - oh the breeze from the water!  Spend your evenings on the covered, screened large waterfront patio - after you enjoy sunset or a day at the beach - a short two-minute walk.  Waterside Oasis has a full kitchen, dining area with seating for four.  A queen size sofa sleeper in the living room, a king size bed in the master bedroom with an en-suite shower/tub and a large walk-in closet.  Washer and dryers are available in the community common area for your convenience.  Please ask property manager about pets, prior to booking.

Sea Club of Indian Shores has a large heated salt sparkling pool with a sundeck for your enjoyment between the island activities or lounging for a pool day.  A fishing pier along the Intracoastal waterway is available, picnic area, barbecue grills and shuffleboard is available too.* Minimum length of stay is 6 nights / 7 days per community rules. Waterside Oasis is located in building #4, Unit #27 of the Sea Club Community. Beach is a 2-3 minute walk from this vacation rental at 198th Avenue / Gulf Blvd - using the crosswalk.  

Indian Shores is a small breathtaking town set on a barrier island between the Intracoastal Waterway and the Gulf of Mexico with 2.65 miles of beautiful beach.  Indian Shores is home to the largest non-profit wild bird hospital in the United States, Seabird Sanctuary and remains the perfect vacation destination nestled between Clearwater Beach and St. Pete Beach.  

Neighboring towns of Indian Shores are Indian Rocks Beach, Redington Beach, Madeira Beach and Treasure Island also provide so much to see and do while visiting the Gulf Coast of Florida.  

The Tampa-St. Pete areas are known as a major sports hub attend a football game at the Tampa Buccaneers - Raymond James Stadium or take in a ball game in downtown St. Pete where the Tampa Bay Rays, MLB play.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $69.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $69.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
