Sunrise Vista is elegantly decorated for comfort and relaxation. This one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo is located on the 4th story and the covered private balcony is the perfect place to watch the morning sunrise, while listening to the subtle waves and enjoy your morning cup of coffee. Your vacation condo is located in a well manicured complex, Sea Club of Indian Shores and is just a short walk to our white sandy beach.

Sunrise Vista has ceramic tile throughout with blue and white hues to give you that coastal feel with two queen-size beds a ceiling fan for comfort in the bedroom, an ensuite bathroom tub/shower combination, a full kitchen with all the necessary dishes, utensils, small appliances you could ask for. The living room has comfortable seating, sofa, love seat and a lounger, Smart TV with extended channel lineup and Wi-Fi with a view of the Intracoastal waterway. A washer and dryer is inside the condo for guest convenience. The covered patio is the best of both worlds with two loungers under a ceiling fan and a table for two. Sleeps up to four, two privately.

Beach is a 2-3 minute walk from this vacation rental at 198th Avenue / Gulf Blvd - using the crosswalk.

Sea Club of Indian Shores has a large sparkling heated pool with a sundeck for your enjoyment between the island activities or lounging for a pool day. A fishing pier along the Intercoastal waterway is available, picnic area and barbecue grills, shuffleboard and a self serve car wash station is available too.

Indian Shores is a small breathtaking town set on a barrier island between the Intracoastal Waterway and the Gulf of Mexico with 2.65 miles of beautiful beach. Indian Shores is home to the largest non-profit wild bird hospital in the United States, Seabird Sanctuary and remains the perfect vacation destination nestled between Clearwater Beach and St. Pete Beach.

Neighboring towns of Indian Shores are Indian Rocks Beach, Redington Beach, Madeira Beach and Treasure Island also provide so much to see and do while visiting the Gulf Coast of Florida.

The Tampa-St. Pete areas are known as a major sports hub, attend a football game at the Tampa Buccaneers - Raymond James Stadium or take in a ball game in downtown St. Pete where the Tampa Bay Rays, MLB play.
